There's an "others first" culture in our team, everyone genuinely tries to solve for team mates without any hidden agendas.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every level of leader and manager shares fully and trusts fully. Nowhere else I've worked is so transparent with the business strategy and results.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I work in sales and it's uncapped, targets are set more than fairly so I have a massive opportunity to overachieve as much commission as I want. It's awesome!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture is probably the best thing about Hubspot - it's a serious company but the people don't take themselves too seriously. Helpful, open, honest, the people are the best and the culture drives facilitates it.
