What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wanted more - proved myself, and got my increments after a discussion with my manager.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment is awesome. It's not 100% perfect, but no company is, and Hubspot is as close as it probably gets!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team lead is extremely on point and very willing to listen to feedback. She is a new manager, but I feel SO very comfortable with her.
