The people at HubSpot are my favorite part about this job! I feel like coming to work because of the people I work with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits at HubSpot are exceptional! The amount that people in Support get paid though is unacceptable, especially for the area we live in and the work we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that we see the leadership team and have the ability to talk with them. I do think that sometimes the leadership forgets to talk with people at the bottom to understand the company issues from another viewpoint. There are a lot of things that are missed.
