They're best-in-class at what they do. Genuinely care about the company and the culture we're building here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust and autonomy. We hire very well, especially on the marketing team, the vast majority of people are always willing to help, share what they know and help lift up the rest of the team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody has each other's backs and is consistently performing well and pushing to innovate. Complete accountability and trust and a super flexible approach to work. All people I would genuinely want to spend time with outside of work.
