What are some of the best things about your team?
They are an amazingly talented bunch of people. They set a very high bar.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have never worked for a stronger leadership team. I love the transparency, honesty and human-ness that they use to do what they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The transparency in our communications. There are no politics or hidden agendas which is completely refreshing and I have never seen this in practice at another company.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the feeling of respect and being valued that I feel every day. I don't think every company actually values its employees but HubSpot is different - it genuinely values its employees and shows them that every day.
