they know how business works and are savvy enough to keep us growing in a great way
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everybody has a positive attitude even when work is going terribly and leadership appears to be working with their heads up their butts
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
within my team I am paid less because I was an internal promotion. Within my org I am grossly underpaid and within the company we are given pennies compared to orgs like sales.
