What do you like best about the leadership team?
Love the transparency, love the dedication to culture, love their encouragement to experiment and take risks (while still staying smart). They are accessible and work alongside us all...no offices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
It's the best team I've ever worked on. I love my boss (and his boss) and my coworkers. I actually LIKE coming to work, which has not always been the case.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company truly believes in culture and they walk the walk...it's not just a bunch of propaganda. It's positive, very woman friendly (the most women I've ever worked with at a tech company) and truly energizing to be here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's the one nit I have about HubSpot; if you have multiple years under your belt from another tech company and are interested in HubSpot, expect a big hit to pay to come on board. Compensation is not competitive but they hire primarily young people so it doesn't need to be.
