What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team likes to succeed and (for the most part) has a holistic view of what success means. They want employees to feel empowered as part of the HubSpot team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot focuses a lot on culture, and it works! I feel very good about my role and career prospects at HubSpot (if only because I would have a really tough time deciding to leave)
What are some of the best things about your team?
I really enjoy working with my team! We are all very driven people who work hard, so no one every has to cover for a lazy coworker. People are excited to come to work, which makes it easier to work!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are a lot of perks that definitely bring my entire compensation package up: I love (and actually use) the tuition reimbursement program, I don't have to pay an expensive gym membership because there is a gym in the office, and I can have fresh berries every morning!
