Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Don't feel undervalued. The Sales Team gets promotions and raises based on their performance, so it's is very much a meritocracy .
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Transparency on the different compensation levels and packages and clear guidelines and metrics on what you need to do to earn more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being treated like an adult. There is a lot of trust and transparency, so the company shares a lot of info and allows employees to work remotely.

Great vision for the future of the business, willing to make big bets to move the company forward, are very invested in the happiness of the employees and our customers.
