Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some teams are being paid differently based on location for starting wages - seems like the starting wage should be the same /consistent everywhere in order to remain competetive
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Recent moves to be more inclusive of remote workers, and also ongoing moves to emphasize the importance of diversity in tech. Both plays are progressive and match company core values. By being more flexible and inclusive, we can pivot and meet customer needs more readily
