Everyone is a hard working, and many are very passionate about what they do. The combination of the two makes it easy and fun to work with them!

I feel supported by my manager and colleagues. I know that they all want to see me succeed, and will do whatever they can to help me along the way.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make under the market rate. True HubSpot offers fun benefits like unlimited PTO and snacks and other cool stuff, but it would be nice to get paid closer to my market worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are passionate about growing - not just their own professional development, but also growing as humans! We have loads of programming about the importance of various social issues and it's always encouraging to see how many folks show up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The stock options. I was granted RSUs when I first accepted my job, and it's great to see them start to mature now. Plus, the Employee Stock Purchase program is amazing. Great way to get HubSpot stock at a discount - very valuable!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are SO HUMAN. My manager is truly the kindest and most incredibly brilliant and talented and hardest working person I know. I have seen at least 3 C-suite execs cry during company-wide meetings because they are so moved by what they do. How much more human can you get than that? I love them all
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are humans, and they and humble ones at that. You are never treated like a work drone and are encouraged to be yourself every step of the way. If you need to take an afternoon off for your mental health, it's fine. If you need to take a day off to help a friend move, that's fine too.
