They are always transparent about when they need more info/need to improve.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people and my projects. My work is challenging in a good way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's very innovative -- if you have an idea and a drive, you can probably make it happen at least as an experiment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish the process was more transparent -- some departments have a very clear process for raises/promotions but our department does not.
