There are a lot of intentional strategies in place to ensure that everyone feels included and invested in. For example, we have a team specifically hired for looking after Diversity and Inclusion, which is a big part of what our employees voiced as important.

The culture code has been around for a long time now, but the more recent customer code that we came up with last year, is really a game changer for the business in the industry and affects how we operate with our customers. I think we are really making an impact no other organisations have.
