We work together and not against each other. Everyone is always willing to help each other solve a tough problem or just provide best practices.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Here at Hubspot - we take control of our growth, with that I have taken on many projects that help the growth of my team but aren't necessarily part of the promotion criteria.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The trust we have as a team and the trust I have from leadership to know that I will do my job even if I am working remotely or taking a few days off here and there.
