I think everyone is interesting and responsible. They give and expect a lot of autonomy.

I've found them relatable and feel that I have ways to voice my concerns through different outlets.

It went smoothly -- expectations were set, flexibility given where needed, and they were more than willing to answer any questions I had.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think that the benefits are well thought through, even if they are below average in comparison to larger tech companies. Nevertheless really, really great when compared to general companies.
