Transparency is super important at HubSpot and our leaders empower us with all the data and information we need to work autonomously and make decisions
What makes you most happy at work?
There's no micro-managing so I get to build out my own work day and create new projects for myself. I have control over my workload.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GSD is really high (get sh*t done) but we have a lot of fun along the way. Work hard and play hard: fun team outings, celebrating birthdays, boardgames, switch, football, basketball and loads of fun off-sites.
