What are some of the best things about your team?
Everybody here is so good at what they do. It makes you motivated to be better and do your best everyday. Everyone is constantly working on process improvement and we are always willing to help eachother out when needed. We truly feel like a team from the management down.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they care about us growing in our career! They are constantly teaching me new things, letting me expand my skills, motivating me to think outside the box and they truly value my thoughts. This is the type of place where you are encouraged to be your best!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HubSpot embraces diversity and what makes you unique! It is a place where you can come as you are and you are valued for that. Management does a great job of making sure everyone feels included in what's going on and I feel like our oppinions and thoughts are really valued!
