What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very humble and very bright - and they are truly willing to help solve problems at a moment's notice.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU's - although I say that because A.) I've never had equity options at my job before, and B.) HubSpot stock is performing quite well at the moment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are a transparent group who not only tell us what the vision for the organization is, but they also explain why that's the case, and which elements of the macro business environment influence their decisions.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that each day is different, and I am lucky to have a lot of interpersonal reactions with different people in different roles across the team. I also feel VERY empowered, and not micromanaged - never have been in my 2-3 years here.
