What are some of the best things about your team?
We push each other to be better at our jobs, but are also given a lot of space to work in the best way that suits our individual personalities.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are as transparent as possible with the employees. On things that the company has going on that are great, and also challenging. It's definitely the most transparent company I've ever worked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I really like the stock & equity options we are offered. It makes me feel valued as an employee, and also more invested in the company personally, and becoming a long term employee.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel very comfortable being myself. I can wear what I feel best in, there's no judgement on if I need to work remotely, or modify my hours outside of the traditional 9-5 in order to get work done in the best way.
