What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's very black and white and it's very fluid. I never wonder what I'm getting paid, and I'm never stuck at the same pay forever. Raises are merit based, and commission is up to me!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Honestly, I'm still working on building relationships on my team. I think I would be a more organic fit on another team in our department, but that being said, my current team is great. They're helpful, hard working, and they keep it real.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I just love how simple the culture is. I love our terms like "Good Fit" "Use Good Judgement" "Get Things Done". At the end of the day, I know that if I do my job, I'm going to do well here. I love that expectations of me are very clear, and that I'm using my passions and giftings.
What makes you most happy at work?
It's a grind and a hustle, but it's not full of busy work. All I do is what I'm good at and the busy work is out of the equation. I also appreciate being a part of a company which such an authoritative voice in the industry. I don't work for "Bob's Marketing Software". I work for freakin' HubSpot!
