What are some of the best things about your team?
They are smart, engaged, interested in solving hard problems, and very fun to work with and hang out with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very transparent about the vision for the company and how each team contributes to that vision, as well as the hard stuff that inevitably befalls the company (down months, economic recession, etc.)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The performance stock packages I've received for doing great work has been by far the most financially beneficial part of my comp package. I've used it to pay off my partner's student loans, with no financial burden to me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy is hugely valued at HubSpot, which is very fulfilling. At HubSpot, autonomy means having clear goals/objectives + clear guardrails to work with, having lots of flexibility to accomplish those goals, and then measuring how it's going/constantly reacting and holding yourself accountable.
