I love working with Hubspot, my team is trustworthy and supportive, however I don't feel like I can say that about other teams as they expect us to jump over hoops for them. Overall I cannot complain, I am mainly remote, have a great team and our management are wonderful.

Supportive and inclusive, don't micro-manage, trusts staff to do their job and do it well

On my own team, we're fully supportive of each other and trust each other entirely

I'm remote mainly, and I love that I have this option as it's perfect for me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I feel safe that I have a pension plan, stocks, and heath & dental, that my future, if anything were to happen, that I am covered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture code is brilliant, and always mentioned & brought up, the office environment is great, however I'm not always positive above the actual culture at the company. I feel sometimes people don't heed the culture code.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Those in non external customer facing roles to receive frequent pay rises even if they are not due a promotion, based on good work. Also be offered stock grants in addition to those granted when they begin working with HS, for hard work. At the end of we support those supporting external customers
