The dogs in the office, the free beer, wine, smoothies, snacks, etc. It really feels like you have everything you could possibly need here.

Complete transparency. I can see them walking around in the halls, talking with employees. They would be indistinguishable from other co-workers if I didn't know their faces.

I liked how I felt like I was being paid attention to and looked at as an individual with unique experiences, instead of another person behind a resume

I love how transparent everyone is. I don't feel like there are smoke and mirrors to org changes or different structures being put in place, and I know exactly what I need to do to get promoted.

I liked how the interview process seemed to focus on who I was as a person, not what my resume said. I felt like I was being evaluated more for my personality than what was written on paper
