I have been at HubSpot for 6 years. It has been a second home to me. I have grown tremendously those 6 years and I have my coworkers, our customers, and the challenging problems I get to tackle for that.

Everyone cares about our company and thoroughly enjoys being at work. We are constantly looking to improve the experience. That attitude radiates throughout the halls.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership is transparent, fair, energetic, and constantly learning. I want to emphasize the last point. They constantly are improving themselves and it shows. That is unique in my experience.
