Generally I think it's a great place to work. My biggest piece of feedback is that the culture is very geared to reward and recognizing an individual instead of a team. I think that a more broad recognition of team efforts would net out a better more considered product.

I think that there is an honest effort to support employees and retain them long term. Further I think that there is a healthy sense of dynamism in regards to changing needs of our customers.
