Very happy to have my job. Tried to figure out how to word my other feeling, but I'm at a loss for this short word count. Hopefully you totally align with how they approach culture initiatives or don't care, otherwise you might be unhappy with no one to talk to about extremely sensitive topics.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The cash salary. RSUs are out of whack due to the fluctuating stock price, but that's part of the deal.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Absolutely love interacting with my team. They're a sensible group that can have open conversations, and can dissect complex work issues easily.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm able to make meaningful contributions. Feels like this isn't able to happen as much lately with how work gets duplicated or blockers come up.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
In additional to a fair base salary, the stock grants and espp have been great! Very nice to have access to additional income without needing to find a second job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be focused on both improving the value provided by the business and making this a great place to work. So glad to be somewhere that works so hard towards being a great place to work for years to come.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm excited by the work I do, and towards improving within the company. We do a great job showcasing how customers feel about our product, both good and bad, which leaves me better understanding how I can have an impact on our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Lots of events about building and strengthening bonds within the company. Board games has introduced me to so many groups within the company I never would have met otherwise. Events come in many different flavors to touch on normal issues that can come from being silo'd at a bigger company.
