I love that everyone is helpful, team driven, and intelligent. It's inspiring to work somewhere that everyone is so talented.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Independence in decision making, and trust in employees to make appropriate decisions independently makes me feel trusted and makes me want to show my appreciation for that trust by performing the best I can.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For being celebrated as a backbone for the success of the company, it's frustrating to be compensated at a wage range that barely meets the minimal amount required to afford cost of living in the region.
