Awesome company to work for. Product is great, and as ethically palatable as a for-profit can get. Company culture is super young, but people are friendly. Not a very intellectually stimulating culture, but an awesome place to work assuming you've got a life outside of the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to apply my skills. My job is challenging and interesting for the most part.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Positive intent. People genuinely want to help each other. I have experienced very little "scheming" and other kinds of very common workplace drama.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More a culture fit issue for me. My coworkers are much younger and come from different places professionally and culturally. Total transparency: They skew towards rich kids I can't totally relate to.
