
The chance to tackle larger and larger scale issues my team faces and the chance to pass on my skills and knowledge to my team to help them achieve their goals
The instinct on my team is how can we help rather than how can we get out of doing this. Without this attitude it would be difficult for me to relate or connect with them.
Inclusiveness and openness about ideas. We have cultivated a breeding ground for new and pointed ideas. This is fueled by the myriad of perspectives we get from the wide range of people who work here.
Transparency and innovation. By talking through their reasoning and decision making and goals with the entire company they allow us to feel as if we are part of a movement. Additionally, the decisions being made are future minded, rather than focused on the immediate revenue goals.
It is important to me to add value in as many places as I can. As a result I feel that the company need defines much of my personal life and professional life. I would feel much better about this if the compensation allowed me to no longer have to fret about my cost of living outside of work.
