What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Truly feel that we get insight into what works and what doesnt. I like feeling included in this process.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No matter how many good things we do the culture never rests on past successes. Important to acknowledge what we do well but always about finding ways to improve in all facets.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the goal posts keep getting moved in terms of what we are expected to do in my role. I am nervous about the shift to ACR in terms of how much control I have over my own financial progress but going into it with an open mind
