What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare options and stock incentives like RSU's and ESPP, base salary could be higher
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would say we are pretty transparent about most things. I also feel that the company is caring about important approaches and taking steps to get there.
What makes you most happy at work?
I do feel like the world is my oyster here, to learn new things, solve big problems, and work alongside smart, passionate individuals. I also really love the product in general and believe it really can help our customers grow.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The genuine care and willingness to help and contribute to those around them. It really feels like a team where people watch out for each other. I also feel like people are willing to share their ideas and solve tough challenges together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My support salary has followed me on every team I have joined. I know I am rather significantly underpaid in relation to my peers (same title level, same position) and that there are those on L1 + L2 who make more. I am holding on to good faith for a little while longer that this will be corrected.
