We all pride ourselves on doing as much as we can for the team / org / company. Our VP does a great job of tying our work directly into how it impacts the larger org

Everyone wants to help. Very few people are showing up for the paycheck alone. People care about the goal; and direct that feeling towards challenges in a passionate way. It's an exciting atmosphere to work in.
