It is a quick moving train but I feel very fortunate to be working here and everyday try and want to be better.

They honestly want to help one and other and have positive attitudes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlimited PTO, flexible schedule, like-minded co-workers, team-mentality to make HubSpot the BEST.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel undervalued. I feel underpaid only because the salary for my department has not risen with the cost of living. It requires we have 2 jobs or live with other people. This salary amount is the industry norm or slightly above. So is this just the reality to be profitable, perhaps.
