Overwhelming onboarding but so excited to be a part of this company. When ramp is over, I started to hear from other support reps about the challenges of HubSpot and the first negative things usually about Metrics and internal mobility. Seems to be a big negative stigma with staying in Support
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are supportive of co-workers and their achievements both professional and personal.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being succesful at meeting my metrics and being around fun-loving co-workers. The flexibility of work!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all have fun when we get together. Strong participation in things like the slack room. Accepting enviroment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Lauren is awesome and has great visibility even in our PSM office. I'm not really sure who any of the other members are?
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would be okay with less food in the kitchen if it meant that I could have a slightly higher salary. It's challenging to live in the area near the office at the Support salary.
