My personal experience has been amazing for me and my family. The only thing I have not had for a great experience is that I have submitted many referrals and at least 2 of them I knew were amazing fits and they did not make it to the final stage. A bit discouraged by bringing in more referrals.

How easy it is to talk to them and to learn from them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are putting the employees first while also being very progressive.
What makes you most happy at work?
Doing what I do. From my previous employer at Apple, HubSpot does cartwheels around them. Especially for their employees!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I do like that we are looking at the average compensation based in NY positions on a yearly basis. I would like to see the senior level on teams get paid a bit more however.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I work for HubSpot. In our office however it isn't that corporate vibe so the positive of that is that we stray differently but the negative is that we are missing out on a lot of those corporate things being in a smaller office.
