I like working here. It offers great flexibility. The pay is laughable.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am recognized for my hard work, when we get swag.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very nice. However they are not very active in the community and not very talkative.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying support in a way that keeps up with the economy. Taking into consideration what an enormous role support plays in customer retention.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because of the huge amount of things we need to know how to do in support . I would feel better if I got paid more.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They at least make it seem like they are concerned with our well being. But it mostly seems to translate into extra things we have to do rather than rewarding us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Feeling undervalued is an understatement. When you hear about the giant raises and vacations and other perks that are awarded to other business units, it's tough to not feel like an absolute afterthought in support. Please pay us more.
