Their intellectual humility and action to correct errors, instead of hiding them or talking and not acting to fix them.

Raises/comp reviews based on merit and performance and not by time at company. Also, having these reviews be more than the scheduled times each year.

That I will always have the opportunity to learn something new, that things change all the time so I have to learn new things (which I love), and that the support is there to help be successful.
