fist 1 1/2 year was amazing but as time grew on I saw vast differences in treatment of workers from org-org and noticed ~3 year mark many were leaving for other companies for better pay. I love this company and intend to stay but being known for constantly paying below bar is a hard pill to swallow

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Support is the backbone of Hubspot and when someone who is paid 3X as much as me reaches out for me to solve their problem when I know they went through the same training its rather annoying to know I do their work and don't get paid fairly

Other colleagues in other deps are being quite well paid with MUCH better perks and incentives. The support org,since you're not a revenue earning there is no budget 4 paying the employees well for the massive amount of technical knowledge they have to obtain/ large amount of negative customer calls
