The autonomy and flexibility both in where and when we work, but the projects we work on and how we work.

Our leadership team is transparent and understanding. They have a great deal of empathy while also holding us to a high bar.

There are inconsistencies across my own team with the compensation. There are individual contributors paid significantly more than myself as a leader on the same team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a people leader at HubSpot I think we're asked a lot of us. I've had 10-15 reports as a manager and expected to take on Director level responsibilities. Compared to the market I am under paid and likely doing more than other managers at other companies.
