The transparency and updates we receive make me feel informed of what's happening at the company, the challenges we face, and how we will overcome them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We start each week with a psychological safety exercise, which always sets a positive tone for the week to come. We're truly collaborative and always willing to help each other out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to work where I feel comfortable; I'm not limited to only sitting at my desk. If I need a change of scenery to be more productive, it is actively encouraged.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
While the importance of diversity and inclusion is highlighted, the fact that we take it to the next step of belonging, where everyone truly feels like they have a seat at the table is my favorite thing.
