Transparent and over-communicative. They will tackle hard questions through company/team meetings and address everyone's concerns openly.

That transparency is key. Also, there are always groups spinning up looking to enhance the culture for subgroups in HubSpot (families, people of color, etc.)

Extremely collaborative, friendly, and personable. Everyone gets along and love to help one another with work whether or not they are assigned to that particular task or project.

It seems like they are trying to constantly address the topics that are most important to the employee group in a thoughtful way -- it feels like employees are heard.

They are an enjoyable group of people that genuinely care about the work they are doing and each other. They are open and social and fun to talk to and be around.

Everyone who works here makes it a fun place to be -- the company tries to facilitate the employees doing that by having events and other things, but the employees make it happen.
