The transparency and vulnerability they bring to the table. They certainly bring their whole selves to work which I highly appreciate
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary. Benefits are good but could be increased in the Customer Success side of the business (i.e. increase RSUs for performance/ promotions etc.)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparent and honest communication. Especially during the beginning of the pandemic the leadership team did a great job in making sure we feel secure and well taken care of.
