The technology I work with is incredibly interesting, and I always feel like I have opportunities to learn and grow.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of equity we get and how well the stock price is doing. Equity is a large part of my compensation
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is incredibly proactive at dealing with and adapting to challenges, and I have confidence in their ability to keep the company growing and thriving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company has taken much more steps to support DI&B than other places I've worked, and co-workers are generally interested in supporting groups that have less privileges than they do.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The team could be more understanding of the issues we're dealing with outside of work due to the pandemic. There's a bit of subtle pressure to be super productive (even though they often tell you they don't intend that).
