Very open team that shares a level of psychological safety that allows us all to bring our whole selves to work. This is an element that was lacking at previous jobs. My team is like a family and we support each other.

My health insurance is the best - I can get the care that I need for myself and my family. I have never been caught off guard with a medical bill and I don't have to worry about going to the doctor because of the cost.
