I have had a remarkable experience at HubSpot from the very beginning (interview process) to now (7 month into my position). I have felt included every step of the way and am surrounded by amazing humans who want to help each other and our users do great things.

If I could answer in one word it would be AMAZING. I have never felt so included at a company and am genuinely excited to go to work everyday.

I get to work some of the most intelligent people, yet everyone is so humble at the same time!

I feel that I can show up and completely be myself at work and know others will accept me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency about potential layoffs or restructuring. I think employees want to know about layoffs, no matter how small they are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every single person comes from a different background and I am able to learn so much more because of that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
HubSpot competitors pay significantly more than HubSpot and to retain top talent I feel like HubSpot will need to close this compensation gap.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I am a remote employee and I appreciate that my wage beats what I would make if I worked locally in person in a comparable position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that they share everything with anyone who is working at HubSpot, regardless of their position. I also like that they admit when something hasn't gone right and work to improve.
