I have a wonderful immediate team. However, the leader of our company org is very toxic, ignores our team, and I know I do not have any avenues for career advancement.

My team is wonderful--best team I've ever worked on. But I'm very good at what I do, which means I get even more and more to do--without any promotion or competitive pay. I have direct reports that get paid more than I do.

I manage 9 people. I’ve recently been approached for individual contributor roles that start at $10k mor

They're clear, kind, and talented. And I worry every day that they're going to find a better paying job with better benefits and leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Folks in similar positions at peer companies make more than I do, but most of all, my compensation is far below the value of my output.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not only do peers in my role at similar companies make more and have the opportunity for more equity, it's really hard to hire top talent onto my team when I can't provide the total compensation they could get elsewhere.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our 401k match is paltry (up to $2,500/year), and although we pay in the 50th percentile, we're pushed to be a top-tier company. As such, we aren't paying competitively for the work expected and we're losing talent by the day.
