Do not tell support they are the backbone to the company and then underpay them

I hear Support is the BACKBONE to the success of hubspot yet we are underpaid even after a salary adjustment. We live in a society that is run by capitalism and we need money and fair pay to exist and i do not think it is absurd to ask for more money for everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It is wildly insulting to have customer success managers, sales teams, etc come into our support huddles and tell us how hard we work, and how well we know the tool to only be paid thousands of dollars less than them. You all know we are paid too little. Retention means pay us more and more often.
