Culture around learning although we make lots of changes and sometimes too many changes at one go.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is slightly below what the competitors offer. I know the leadership team uses data to determine ranges but it just seems incorrect when I speak with my peers

Generally thoughtful about trying to solve difficult problems. We don’t always get it right and there’s room for improvement, but the intention is right and the transparency over how and why decisions are made he
