Everyone cares about our team and product and about each others as coworkers. Hard working but still fun to be around

I have an incredibly hard working, yet humble team. Everyone is really collaborating to solve for the customer and make the right decision, customer > company > team > individual

They are incredibly open about the current status of the business, their decision making. Processes are bottom up, and they're willing to be vulnerable when they don't know something or are struggling with something

The level of autonomy I am given by my manager. I get to own the direction of the work I do and my manager trusts me to get it done. I have been given a lot of responsibility and it makes me excited about the work I do

HubSpot knows that culture is more than just fun perks (yes we have a barista on staff and all that too), but the culture here is about making it a place that people want to come to work. The culture is treated with as much attention as our product. It's a culture that inspires me to do my best work
