Overall my experience has been good. I like to see that HubSpot is transparent about the problems they are trying to solve and their solutions.HubSpot needs to make strides in recruiting and retaining people with disabilities. There needs to be more access and not just when people are struggling.

They are very transparent about the problems they are trying to solve and how they are trying to solve them. They are willing to admit failures so that they can improve and success is ever-evolving for them. If something worked before, they acknowledge that it might not work in the future.
